However, by publishing content on the website, the member grants the publishing company a non-exclusive, free-of-charge right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and disseminate the publication, either directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide and on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property rights. In particular, the member grants the right to use the publication on the Internet and on mobile telephone networks.
The publishing company undertakes to display the member’s name near each use of their publication.
